CS Beachwear is compromise and responsible for the quality, safety and good conditions of its products. CS Beachwear swimwear products are delicate, and we suggest customers to follow the caring instructions contained in the label.
Products that are purchased directly through our website www.carolinasocias.com have a guarantee of fifteen (15) days from the time of delivery, which applies only for handmade details/ manufacturing defects that were not detected at the time of shipment. To apply for the guarantee, you must notify us within the warranty period.
To file for return or exchange follow these steps:
Send us an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org within fifteen (15) days from product delivery including the following information:
- Full name
- Order number (found on the invoice and in the order confirmation email).
- Reason (s) for the return or exchange
- We will process your request within 2 business days. Once we issue the Return Authorization (RA) the customer must ship the products to CS Beachwear office:

- Keep in mind that the products must arrive within five (5) business days following the issuance of the RA.
- The products must be returned new, in their original condition and with all the labels still attached to it. Products returned without compliance with these requirements will not be accepted and will lose the warranty.
- We will issue store credit upon receipt of the product. This credit will be valid for three (3) months.
- To ensure that your return is adequately protected in transit, we recommend that you send us your products in the original packaging provided.
- Torn or damaged products caused by cutting or removing labels will not be accepted for return or exchange because it is considered an improper use and care.
- The colors of the products, the pins and plates can fade with use. Color fading due to use is not guaranteed.
- Products on sale are considered as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All return shipping costs must be paid by the customer. The cost of shipping the new product back to you will be assumed by CS Beachwear.
- CS Beachwear will not accept any return shipments for payment upon receipt.
- Once we receive the returned item, we may refuse an exchange or return if the item is found to be used, dirty, stained, or damaged.
Products purchased through authorized distributors of CS Beachwear must follow the distributor’s warranty policies.
- All purchases will be processed through CANGURU and shipped via DHL Express. Deliveries are sent during Dominican Republic business hours between Monday and Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Please note that transit times may vary due to customs delays. If you’re having trouble with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us at email@example.com
- CS Beachwear is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- A Tracking number will be available at the time the package is shipped. CS Beachwear cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
